Refund policy

Changed your mind? 7-day cooling-off

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your purchase, without giving a reason, within 7 days after you receive your painting.

• Email us at art@linkiraubenheimer.co.za within the 7 days to let us know.
• Return the painting in the condition you received it, well packed (ideally in its original packaging).
• The only cost to you is the direct cost of sending the painting back.
• We refund the full price you paid by EFT within 30 days of your cancellation, and usually much sooner once the painting is back with us.

Damaged in delivery

We pack every painting carefully. If your painting arrives damaged, please email us photos of the painting and the packaging as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and keep all the packaging. We’ll arrange the return and refund you in full.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including your right to return goods that are defective.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by EFT into the bank account you give us.
