These terms apply when you use linkiraubenheimer.co.za or buy a painting from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is run by Linki Raubenheimer from Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. We sell original paintings by Linki Raubenheimer and Christa Faure (who paints as Fae Christou). You can reach us at art@linkiraubenheimer.co.za or through our contact page.

2. The paintings

Every painting is an original and one of a kind.
We photograph each painting as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Sizes are given as width × height and are approximate (within about 1 cm).
Some photos show a painting in a room setting. These are illustrations to help you picture its size and feel; the room and furniture are not included.

3. Prices

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Delivery anywhere in South Africa is free on orders over R2,000. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order you have already placed.

4. Orders and payment

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming it. The sale is complete once your payment reflects in our account.
We accept payment by EFT (bank transfer) only. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
We reserve your painting for 3 working days after you order. If your payment hasn’t reflected by then, we may cancel the order and offer the painting for sale again.
Because every painting is one of a kind, if the same painting is ordered more than once by mistake, the first paid order gets it and we refund any other payment in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery anywhere in South Africa is free on orders over R2,000. See our shipping policy for the details.

6. Returns and cancellations

You may cancel within 7 days of receiving your painting. See our refund policy for the details. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are not affected.

7. Ownership and risk

The painting becomes yours once we have received full payment. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the painting is delivered.

8. Copyright

The artists keep the copyright in their paintings and in the photos on this website. Buying a painting gives you the original artwork to own and display, but not the right to reproduce it (for example as prints or products) without the artist’s written permission.

9. Using this website

Please don’t copy or reuse images or text from this website without our permission.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
